MINFULNESS in action - The science

This workshop will be focusing on the science of mindfulness, where I will be doing a slide show explaining how our experience changes with regular mindfulness practice from a neuroscience perspective. The basic question is: what happens in our body, the more we practice meditation?
In addition to the talk, there will also be short meditation sessions, so if you are new to mindfulness, you will still get a taste of how it feels. There won't be a yoga session in this workshop, only lecture and meditation.
